Description :
Osimertinib is in a class of medications called kinase inhibitors, it is a third generation of kinase inhibitor. It works by blocking the action of the abnormal protein that signals cancer cells to multiply. This helps stop or slow the spread of cancer cells and may help shrink tumors.
Indication :
It is indicated for management of EGFR mutated NSCLC (Non small cell lung cancer) who have already progressed on or after taking EGFR TKI therapy
